Cancellations and Refund Policy

Reservations will only be considered valid after being received 100% of the total value of the service, unless otherwise expressly indicated in writing.
Once the booking is made, it will apply the following cancellation costs:

7 or more days tours

  • Before 21 days from the agreed date: we will return 100% of the Total Paid. Package with accommodation included. 20 to 1 day before the agreed date. 100% of the total amount of reservation – No return of money. No show on the day of service: 100% of entire booking – No refund money.

1-day tour 

  • Refunds 100% of the total paid if the customer cancels before 6 days of the agreed date. 
5 to 1 day before the agreed date: 100% of the total paid. No Refund.

All cancellation charges are subject to additional costs incurred by Eco Trilha with transportation, accommodation, food and drinks, contracted services, and other non-refundable charges related to the reservation made by the customer.

We strongly recommend that each client purchases comprehensive trip-cancellation insurance (to be purchased through a third-party insurer – not provided by Eco Trilha).

Changes made by you: You are responsible for ensuring that information provided to Eco Trilha is accurate and up-to-date. Any changes to your name on any booking are subject to Eco Trilha’s approval. Any changes to a booking depend on availability and are subject to the Tour Operator’s permission. Any extra costs incurred for making the change will be charged to you along with an administrative fee.

No changes are permitted to any booking within 25 days of departure of the first product or service on the applicable booking.
