Choose your payment: If you are looking for one week in Portugal, you can pay 100% now. Or 20% of the value directly (an initial payment) and the remaining amount 30 days before your tour departure date. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us.

Yes, you can! Eco Trilha offers a free, flexible installment payment option. Simply select “Pay 20% Deposit” at checkout to secure your spot. The remaining balance will be due 40 days before the departure date, and we’ll send you a reminder by email.

If your booking request does not offer instant confirmation, your initial payment is pre-authorized on your credit card at the time of booking. Only upon booking confirmation will the transaction be processed and your payment collected. In the rare case, your booking request cannot be confirmed. The pre-authorized funds are returned to your card.

While many tour bookings on Eco Trilha offer instant booking confirmation, some need to be approved manually. The passenger will receive an email once the reservation has been confirmed. Your payment is only deducted from your credit card once the Eco Trilha confirms your place on tour.

Absolutely! We offer private departures at no extra cost. Just get in touch with us as early as possible to arrange your tour.
Please note: A minimum of 4 travelers is required for private tours.

The group size on our tours can include up to 2 to 10 people.

No, flights to and from Portugal are not included in the tour price. You will need to book your flights separately. We recommend waiting for our official email confirmation before purchasing your tickets to ensure your travel dates align with the tour.

The transfers in and out are included in the cost of this tour. Please send us your flight details. We need your flight number, date, and the name of the airport.

The driver will be waiting for you inside the airport.

After you pick up the luggage, you will pass the glass door and turn right. The company name (EcoTrilha) or your name can be seen in the “Meeting Point” area. If you don’t see this paper, please use WhatsApp (M: +351 927771815). The airport has free wifi.

The staff in the meeting point area will ask you for the travel agency’s name. This person will take you to your driver.

If your flight was canceled, please get in touch with us. We can reschedule your transfer (we need the new number of flights).

All visitors to the EU (European Union) and EEC (European Economic Community) countries require a valid passport (with a minimum of 6 months’ validity on an adult or child passport). USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand passport holders do not need a visa to visit the Schengen area. However, they may not stay longer than three months.

As a tour booking website, Eco Trilha cannot organize passenger visas as the visa requirements are continually updated and vary from one traveler’s nationality to the next. For this reason, we recommend you contact your local embassy or consulate website for the latest information.

Tour Guides

Drivers

Restaurants

Hotels
– Housekeepers: Leave between €2 to €5 per day, typically at the end of your stay.
– Room Service: Tip €1 to €2 unless a service charge is included.

Taxis and Ride-Hailing Services (Uber)
Taxi drivers typically expect a tip of 5% to 10% of the fare, or you can round up to the nearest euro.
